Asuquo Ibok holds a Bachelor in Law from the University of Calabar. He served as a counsel with Abegunde, Omotayo & Co. from 1988– 1990 preparing legal briefs and arguments for civil and criminal litigation; Allan & Ogunkeye from 1990 – 1993 where he was engaged in drafting and interpretation of legal documents and agreements, registration of trademarks and patents, company incorporation, probate practice and litigation. He worked as an Associate Counsel at Charles Archibong & Associates from 1993 – 2000 where he headed the Corporate practice department of the firm. He was also the legal adviser of Ise Hanson & Co Ltd from 2000– 2002 where he worked as the Company Secretary, rendering returns to Corporate Affairs Commission, interpreting document and monitoring company’s litigations. He is the principal counsel of The Law Alliance, a firm established in 2005. He was appointed as the Company Secretary of Beyond Energy Resources Limited in 2017. He is responsible for the interpretation of various legal documents and agreements, rendering returns to Corporate Affairs Commission and monitoring company’s litigations.
